Key topics include elementary algebra, set theory, probability, counting techniques, and statistics.

    Comprehensive study of algebraic concepts essential for advanced mathematics and science courses. Topics include functions, equations, inequalities, polynomials, and rational expressions.

That means students leave Code Nation programs career-ready, with a holistic set of skills, competencies, and resources that set them up for success.


  • To get students excited about coding and introduce them to the field of Computer Science.
  • Equip students with foundational technical skills in web development, focusing on HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
  • Spark an interest in tech careers through creative coding projects and field trips.
  • The structure contains 7 instructional units, each centered around a project.
  • In one semester classes focus on Units 1-4, with a minimum of 23 hours of instruction. Totaling around 30 lessons.

    CTFd LLC: The Easiest Capture The Flag Platform

    Maintenance of Way (MOW) Infrastructure Engineering is responsible for the protection of the subway structures through annual inspections, planned repairs, preventive maintenance,and capital investment is essential and critical to NYCT's operations. MOW Engineering supports In-house forces and Capital Contracts with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of 240 route miles of elevated, viaduct, open-cut, and subway structures and 472 stations to provide safe and uninterrupted train service.


  • Track and analyzed data for structural conditions of elevated, subway, viaduct, vent structures
  • Assist with inputting defects/non-conformities into the new EAM database system
  • Assist senior engineers with preparing reports, graphs, charts, tables, etc, and identifying investment opportunities from data analysis
